Our Story

Ridgeline launched as a new church in January of 2013, but our story is way bigger than just us...

How it all started...

Three churches were started in the Philadelphia suburbs around 2001: Riverside Community Church in Hatboro, Keystone Fellowship in Montgomeryville, and North Point Community Church in Collegeville. More churches were started out of the growth of these churches: Christ Church in West Chester, Trinity Church in Abington, Keystone's multiple church plants, Streamsong Church in Doylestown, and Ridgeline Community Church in Souderton.
Members of Riverside had been praying for a local church to be planted so they could invite friends without having to drive to Warrington every week for church.  A small group began to meet and pray about the opportunity. Six months later Riverside sent this small core team out to plant a new church. Ridgeline launched publicly in 2013 at Indian Crest Middle School in Souderton. For the next five years we met at several locations around Souderton, including the Indian Valley Boys' and Girls' Club.
In 2017 a conversation about merging congregations began with members from Rockhill Mennonite Church in Telford. We worshiped together for the month of November and prayed about our congregations combining. Both churches agreed to the merger and after a near unanimous vote from both congregations, we began a new start on Easter Sunday of 2018. Since then our congregation has grown tremendously and our church stands as one united body of believers.
In 2024 we were given the former Rocky Ridge Mennonite Church in Quakertown and we intend to plant a new church there in 2026.

We are a church planted from a movement of new church plants.

Our vision and prayer is to continue planting churches and multiplying disciples.
